The penultimate round of Gallagher Prem fixtures continue with Saturday's London derby between Saracens and Harlequins at the StoneX Stadium.
Quins are unable to qualify for the play-offs in what has been a disappointing league campaign but their form has picked up recently and they will not want to lose against fierce rivals Sarries.
Saracens are very much in the hunt for a top-four battle and they know any slip-ups in their last two fixtures could end their hopes of lifting the Gallagher Prem trophy for a seventh time.
Best Bet - Harlequins +21.5 @ 4/5
Alternative Bet - Alex Dombrandt anytime tryscorer @ 7/4
Bet Builder - Noah Caluori anytime tryscorer, Marcus Smith anytime tryscorer & Highest-scoring half - first half @ 11/1
Best Bet: Harlequins +21.5 @ 4/5
There is plenty at stake for Saracens heading into this contest, as they continue to battle it out for a play-off spot while they will also be eager to claim the bragging rights over their fierce rivals.
Four-successive wins is evidence of how the Sarries are playing right now, with victories over Sale Sharks, Leicester Tigers, Bristol Bears and Gloucester boosting their top-four hopes.
However, barring the 85-19 destruction of the Sharks, Saracens have not been blowing teams away and they were made to work hard for a 19-15 triumph over the Tigers, while their other two successes were by 15 and 16-point margins.
And although Harlequins have little to play for in terms of league position, they will not roll over in this derby and are eyeing a fourth-successive league win over their opponents.
Quins arrive at the StoneX in solid form, having followed up a 76-17 thumping of the Red Bulls with a 41-24 win against the Exeter Chiefs.
Saracens' greater desire to get the win to keep themselves in the play-off battle may end up seeing them overcome Harlequins, but the visitors can give a good account of themselves and a +21.5 headstart seems generous.
Alternative Bet: Alex Dombrandt anytime tryscorer @ 7/4
England back-row Alex Dombrandt has been a standout performer for Harlequins over recent weeks and he took his try tally to eight for the season in the win over Newcastle Red Bulls two games ago.
The 29-year-old powerhouse has crossed the whitewash four times in his last six appearances and he looks capable of breaking through this Saracens defence for a ninth try of the campaign.

English winger Noah Caluori has been in sublime form for Saracens this season, scoring 23 tries in 19 appearances in all competitions. He leads the Gallagher Prem try-scoring charts with 18 and can touch down again.
Another player capable of crossing the whitewash is Harlequins fly-half Marcus Smith, who dotted down under the posts for the fifth time in the league this season in the win over Newcastle two matches ago.
Round off this Bet Builder by adding in the first half to be the highest-scoring half, a bet which has landed in four of Saracens' last five home fixtures and in three of Quins' last five away contests.
