Rangers winger could leave the club this week

Rangers winger Djeidi Gassama faces an uncertain future at Ibrox as the transfer window reaches its conclusion next Tuesday.

Football Insider have reported that Rangers are not ruling out the departure of Gassama over the next few days.

It is claimed that the club is still undecided on Gassama's future following a summer of activity at Ibrox.

Rangers have turned down bids from Italian sides Parma and Monza this summer, but they could now be open to negotiating a transfer following the acquisition of Kim Min-su from Girona.

Scottish Premiership

The South Korean youngster has arrived for a sizeable fee from the La Liga outfit and the signing could push Gassama down the pecking order.

The 22-year-old joined the club from Sheffield Wednesday last summer and he became a key part of the team under Danny Rohl.

Gassama scored nine goals in 56 appearances across all competitions last season, while he has also featured five times in the new campaign.

However, the club have been keen to overhaul their squad over the last few weeks and regular first-team football this season is not a given.

Rangers have endured a dismal start this season under the stewardship of new manager Derek McInnes and they will be looking to bounce back from their European exit when they take on Aberdeen on Sunday afternoon.
