Rangers target Mikey Moore is the subject of reported interest from Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund this summer.
The Tottenham Hotspur winger spent the 2025/26 campaign on loan at Rangers and was a popular figure at the club.
Moore scored seven goals across 47 matches in all competitons as he gained valuable first-team experience at Ibrox.
The 18-year-old is seen as a player with a big future and he looks set for another temporary move away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Football Insider have reported that Dortmund are interested in taking the player on loan next season.
The German side have a history of developing young English players after having the likes of Jude Bellingham, Jadon Sancho and Jobe Bellingham at the club.
It is claimed that fellow Bundesliga outfit FC Koln are monitoring the situation, while PSV Eindhoven are also interested in the player.
Rangers will want to secure the services of Moore for a second season after the success of the 2025/26 campaign and the player himself has spoken of his desire to return.
However, the emergence of interest in Germany and the Netherlands means that they might not be successful in their attempts to bring Moore back to Ibrox.
Moore is down the pecking order at Tottenham as things stand but a strong showing in the new season could see him enter the first-team picture this time next year.
