Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish has lauded the belief and confidence of Oliver Glasner after the French manager led the Eagles to their first major domestic trophy at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
Despite being big outsiders to overcome serial winners Manchester City in North London, Palace produced an heroic display to secure their maiden FA Cup triumph thanks to Eberechi Eze's first half effort.
The former Queens Park Rangers star capped off a scintillating passage of play with a crisp volley in just the 15th minute, and whilst the Citizens had plenty of opportunities to level matters, including a missed penalty, few will argue that the Londoners didn't deserve the victory.
Glasner, who took over the Selhurst Park reigns last February, has already earned admirers for the work he has carried out with the club, with his stock having now undoubtedly risen exponentially.
Speaking to ITV following the 1-0 success, Parish heaped praise on his manager, citing his 'belief' as one of the key factors behind Palace's triumph.
"It's unbelievable, truly unbelievable - everybody here of a Palace persuasion deserves this - the manager, the players, the staff and, of course, the supporters," he beamed.
I am so proud, so, so proud - the team, the fans, I honestly believed that we would win, and that's all because of the manager.

"You can see what he's done here, he's made us all believe. You could see that at the end.
"We owed them [Crystal palace] a trophy and we got them one today, and I truly couldn't be happier - it's incredible, truly, incredible."
The 59-year-old businessman, who saved the Premier League club from a second spell in administration in 2010, also thanked those to have stuck by him, through some incredibly tough and challenging times.
"This for everyone that has sent me a bit of encouragement when it has been going badly," he added.
"By that I mean all the people that don't just have a go at you, all the people that believe - this is for them.
"Crystal Palace, FA Cup winners, it's absolutely great for the cup, come on!"
Palace's victory also means they will compete in the Europa League for the first time in 2025/26.
