Northampton Saints v Exeter Chiefs team news for Gallagher Prem final

Northampton Saints and Exeter Chiefs have named their squads for the 2025/26 Gallagher Prem final.

Northampton, who topped the Gallagher Prem standings at the end of the regular season, comfortably dispatched local rivals Leicester Tigers in their semi final to reach the showpiece event.

Exeter, who finished third in the table after a ninth place finish in 2024/25, caused an almighty upset in their semi final, defeating competition favourites and defending champions Bath on their own turf.

Possessing international class across their entire squads, both Northampton and Exeter have been sensational to watch across the campaign, making for an exciting proposition in the final on Saturday afternoon.

The Saints are boosted by the return of England scrum half Alex Mitchell, who makes the bench for this fixture.

Outside of that, Northampton have made no changes to the entire 23-man squad which defeated Leicester Tigers last weekend.

The Chiefs have made two changes for their starting XV, with the return of Immanuel Feyi-Waboso the headline.

England winger Feyi-Waboso had missed the Chiefs' final fixture of the regular season and their semi final win against Bath last weekend, having sustained an injury in the win over Leicester Tigers in round 17.

Ethan Roots is the only other change in the Exeter starting side, replacing Christ Tshiunza at openside flanker - who drops to the bench.

Kane James and Will Haydon-Wood come onto the bench for the Chiefs, with Ben Hammersley dropping out of the squad altogether.
