Matt Taylor is under pressure after his Exeter City side made a slow start to the League Two season.
The Grecians are back in the fourth tier after suffering relegation from League One in May, but are yet to get going, winning just one of their opening six matches so far this campaign.
Taylor -- back at St James' Park for the second time in his managerial career -- was only re-appointed back in March on a short-term contract but soon after relegation, put pen to paper on a deal that would see him remain in charge for 2026/27.
After earning promotion from the fourth tier during his first spell with at the club in 2021/22, Taylor is yet to rediscover that spark as Exeter occupy a place just above the drop zone.

Stuart Maynard
Stuart Maynard's recent dismissal as York manager came as a surprise to many after he oversaw the Minsterman's dramatic National League title-winning campaign in 2025/26.
During the 45-year-old's only prior experience as a manager at EFL level, he took Notts County to the League Two playoff semi-final before defeat to AFC Wimbledon saw him part company with the club.
Maynard has been out of work since leaving the York Community Stadium and is surely deserving of another go in the fourth tier.
Pete Wild
Pete Wild's managerial stock has taken somewhat of a hit since leaving Barrow in 2024; failing to recapture his brilliant best at both Fleetwood Town and Tranmere Rovers.
Despite this, Wild has proven that in the right environment he is a very capable manager. He carved out a very creditable reputation through his good work over three seasons at Halifax and also led Barrow to a club-record equalling EFL winning run.
Wild was last in interim charge of Tranmere, just doing enough to steer them clear of League Two relegation.
Michael Flynn
It's a long time since Michael Flynn's most successful stint as a manager with Newport County, enduring tough times at Walsall, Swindon Town and Cheltenham Town in the five years since he resigned from his position at Rodney Parade.
The Exiles reached the League Two playoffs on two occasions under Flynn, as well as exacting several giant killings in cup matches against Leeds, Leicester, Middlesbrough and Watford.
Flynn made an encouraging start to life at Walsall after leaving Newport, however, he couldn't maintain the form that saw him named fourth tier Manager of the Month early on in the 2022/23 season.
