Championship leader Jorge Martin will start from pole position for Sunday's Japanese Grand Prix at Motegi.
The Spaniard produced a sensational lap to stun compatriot and title rival Marc Marquez, snatching top spot from the Ducati rider in the final run.
But Marquez had the last laugh on Saturday as he closed the gap in the standings by taking the chequered flag in the sprint.
Marquez took the lead from Martin into turn one and never looked back, while Martin relinquished second after the race due to a drop-one-place penalty for exceeding track limits on the final lap, promoting Diego Moreira onto his first MotoGP podium.
The Japanese Grand Prix will start at 06:00 (BST) on Sunday 4th October, which will see the drivers take to the track at 15:00 local time.
TNT Sports is the home of MotoGP in the UK, and the Japanese Grand Prix will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 2.
Live streaming and on-demand viewing will be available via HBO Max.
Francesco Bagnaia won the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix, although the day belonged to Marc Marquez as he claimed his seventh world championship.
There's a chance of rain in the latter stages of the race at Motegi Circuit on Sunday.
Cooler and cloudier conditions are anticipated with highs of 22°C (72°F) and a 50% chance of rain in the late afternoon.
