Santiago Gimenez made an emphatic start to the 2024/25 term with Feyenoord, scoring 16 times in 19 games in all competitions for the Dutch outfit. His season in the Eredivisie was cut short however, joining AC Milan in the February of 2025 for a reported €32m.
Defender Jorrel Hato is amongst the former Eredivisie stars who earned a big move off the back of an impressive start to life in Holland. He recorded eight goal contributions from left-back for Ajax in 2024/25, before signing for Chelsea in a deal worth £35.5m.
