A shining light of Belgium's 'Golden Generation' Thibaut Courtois was Belgium's No 1 as they ascended to the top of the FIFA rankings for the first time in their history.
Doing so multiple times from November 2015, Belgium are the only country ever to reach the top spot without having captured a World Cup or continental trophy.
A third-place finish at the 2018 World Cup in Russia remains their best-ever result at tournament, with Courtois playing every minute of their run to the semi-finals - with his four clean sheets earning him the Golden Glove.
Even today, Courtois remains a key figure in the national team set-up - despite repeated injuries limiting his involvement of late and forcing him to miss the 2024 UEFA European Championships.
To date the former Chelsea shot-stopper has racked up 107 caps for his country, making him the most-capped goalkeeper in Belgium's history.
The Red Devils' successes over the last decade are immediately clear when taking a look at who joins Courtois in the list of Belgium's all-time appearance makers.
Topped by former Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen, of the ten players to make the list only one didn't play for Belgium during the 2010s.
As such the country's top ten appearance makers closely follows Courtois' top international team-mates, but who makes up the list? Let's find out.
