Luke Littler's odds to win every Major in 2026 as The Nuke chases immortality

Luke Littler's record-breaking World Matchplay triumph has kept him on a path that no player has successfully navigated before as he looks to win every PDC major title in a calendar year.

Littler defended his crown at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool with a statement victory in the final over Gerwyn Price to add the World Matchplay trophy alongside the silverware from the World Championship, World Masters and UK Open in 2026.

The world number one has already completed the Triple Crown this year - winning the World Championship, World Matchplay, and the Premier League - and even added in a maiden World Cup triumph for good measure as he partnered Luke Humphries to glory.

There are still five premier events for Littler to try and achieve immortality before the 2027 World Darts Championship, and the 19-year-old recognises he will need to get his finger out on the PDC ProTour if he is to feature in the Players Championship Finals.

"I'm definitely going to have to do it, I know there's four left (In the UK) so sadly I've got to go to Leicester," Littler told Josh Green.

"I think it's £22.5K so there's a lot of work to do and I have been watching since the ProTour started, so that money is just going to go up and up, so sadly I've got to make that commitment."

For Littler to complete a major clean sweep, he must win the World Series of Darts Finals, World Grand Prix, European Championship, Grand Slam of Darts and the Players Championship Finals.

If Littler is to qualify for the Players Championship Finals, it's likely he will require two victories in the four floor events in Leicester to feature in the tournament's showpiece in November.

"I don't think anyone has ever won every major in the calendar year and that is what we are pushing for," Littler told Sky Sports. "The family, they are always backing me a million per cent and that is what drives me on.

"I would absolutely love to be the greatest dart player there ever has been. As I have always said, I have got to win 16 of these, 16 worlds, and then have a look at whatever else Phil Taylor did win."

The European Championship is the one major title that's so far eluded the imperious Littler, but the Warrington dartist is priced at 8/13 to claim top honours at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund.
