Ipswich Town are reportedly set to make a move for £10m-rated Paris FC attacker Ilan Kebbal.
The Tractor Boys are set to be extremely active in the upcoming summer transfer window, following their promotion back to the Premier League.
Kieran McKenna's side spent a significant amount after their promotion two years ago, mostly signing the best players from the Championship.
However, following their relegation - and Sunderland's success last season - the strategy for promoted sides appears to be shifting to looking at players from the continent.
Having already been linked to a number of players from Continental Europe, Ipswich Town's newest transfer link comes from Ligue 1.
According to The Sun's Alan Nixon, the Tractor Boys are keen on a move for Paris FC's Algerian international attacker Ilan Kebbal to strengthen their forward line this summer.
The 27 year-old has spent his entire professional career in France, cutting his teeth in Ligue 2, before making his move to the top flight with Reims and Paris FC.
The one-cap international joined Paris from Reims in 2023 for just €2m, and notched nine goals and four assists in Ligue 1 last season.
Possessing remarkable versatility, Kebbal has played left wing, right wing and attacking midfielder in recent seasons, though spent the majority of last season at right wing.
Reports suggest that Paris would be looking for a fee in the region of £10m to part with one of their star assets, in what would represent good profit for the side, who only secured promotion to Ligue 1 last summer.
Kebbal becomes the second player linked with making the switch from the city of love to Portman Road, after his captain Moustapha Mbow was linked earlier in the summer.
McKenna's side reportedly face major competition from Marseille, who currently appear to be the Algerian's most likely destination ahead of next season.
