Ipswich Town are reportedly eyeing up a double swoop for Tottenham Hotspur duo Wilson Odobert and Tyrese Hall as their summer spending spree continues.
The Tractor Boys have not been afraid to splash the cash since sealing their return to the Premier League and their outlay of over £150million on transfer fees leaves them on course to set a new spending record for a newly-promoted top-flight club.
A total of 12 signings have been completed this summer - including the permanent arrivals of Cedric Kipre and Chuba Akpom, who were on loan at the club last season - with Ipswich spending in excess of £20m on Julio Enciso from Strasbourg, Emersonn from Toulouse and Abdul Fatawu from Leicester City.
Their recruitment paid dividends in their opening Premier League fixture against Sunderland as Enciso, Emersonn and Sasa Lukic were involved in the goals that saw Gary O'Neill's side tame the Black Cats.
But the Suffolk outfit are not finished with bolstering their squad and moves for Spurs attackers Odobert and Hall is next on the agenda, according to transfer correspondent Darren Witcoop.
Odobert is currently sidelined with a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament injury which he sustained during Tottenham's 2-1 defeat to Newcastle United in early February.
The 21-year-old subsequently underwent surgery and is still several months away from a return to first-team action, with Spurs anticipating Odobert will be available around late 2026 at the earliest.
Tottenham signed Odobert from Burnley for a fee in the region of £25m in 2024 and the winger had established himself as a first-team regular under former Spurs boss Thomas Frank, making 33 appearances in all competitions including six in the UEFA Champions League.
Hall, on the other hand, is yet to make a senior appearance for the Lilywhites since signing his first professional contract with the club in the summer of 2024.
The 20-year-old spent last season on loan at Notts County, where he scored eight goals and registered two assists in 39 appearances as the Magpies achieved promotion from League Two.
Several Championship clubs are reportedly keen on Hall, who scored for Tottenham's Under-21s in their season-opening win against Newcastle United in Premier League 2.
Ipswich have a number of attacking players on their payroll including Fatawu, Enciso, Jack Clarke, Sindre Walle Egeli and Kasey McAteer, prompting speculation that departures may be on the horizon if they pull off a double swoop of Odobert and Hall.
