Tranmere Rovers get their EFL Trophy campaign underway against fellow League Two side Shrewsbury Town this evening.

The two teams have been drawn alongside Stockport County and Everton's Under 21s in the Group E of this season's EFL Trophy.

Tranmere are currently one point off the League Two play-off places following their goalless draw at Exeter City on Saturday.

They host a Shrewsbury side who are two points above the relegation zone.
