Leicester City kick off their pre-season schedule with a friendly against Northampton Town on Saturday afternoon.

New manager Russell Martin will get to see his Leicester players in action for the first time since his appointment last month.

The Foxes have suffered back-to-back relegations and Martin has been tasked with guiding the League One title favourites back into the Championship at the first attempt.

Their first pre-season friendly sees them come up against a Northampton side who were relegated from the third-tier last season.

Former Norwich City assistant manager Chris Hogg has since taken over as the Cobblers look to bounce back.
