Nottingham Forest will undertake their sternest pre-season test to date when they tackle European powerhouse Barcelona in Italy on Saturday.
The fixture, which will be played over 45 minutes, features as part of the three-team Friuli Venezia Giulia Cup, which also includes tournament hosts, Serie A side, Udinese.
Barca, who captured their latest La Liga crown back in May, begin their title defence with a showdown with Elche on August 23, 24 hours after new Forest boss Oliver Glasner leads his charges into their opening Premier League clash against Leeds United.
