Dutch giants Ajax are back in action this afternoon when they take on German outfit VFL Bochum in a friendly match.

Ajax will be targeting another pre-season win following their 1-0 victory over AEK Larnaca on Friday.

Michel's side will be using the match as preparation for their upcoming UEFA Conference League second qualifying round tie, with the first leg taking place against either Ferencvaros or Vojvodina next Thursday.

Wednesday's opponents Bochum ply their trade in the second-tier of German football and they finished ninth in the table last season.
