Aidan O’Brien had a weekend to remember, regaining the lead in the British Trainers’ Championship courtesy of Minnie Hawk’s victory on Champions Day at Ascot as well as sending out a fabulous six-timer at Leopardstown.
He’s got four runners at the Curragh on Tuesday, Together Now looking the pick of his quartet, the daughter of Dubawi expected to recoup the losses of her odds-on defeat at Killarney at the beginning of this month.
The selection, who finished an encouraging second on her only start as a juvenile over 7f last year, was a big eye-catcher when third on her belated seasonal reappearance over 1m1f here and was the subject of sustained market support at Killarney last time, prior to losing out narrowly to a Paddy Twomey-trained newcomer.
Nicely clear of the third, she ran to an improved Racing Post Rating of 84 on that occasion and likely has further improvement to come over this new trip with Ryan Moore in the saddle for the first time.

A never-nearer fourth of 14 on her debut over 7f at the Curragh in August, Jessica Harrington’s Chattering Classes proved well suited by this step up to a mile at Thurles 12 days ago and was arguably unfortunate not to have won, finding herself repeatedly short of room against the far rail from over a furlong out.
She set out to make all under Seamie Heffernan last time, but was unable to hold her position turning in, outpaced when the 93-rated Silver Kiss went for home.
She was poorly placed from that stage, but stuck well to her task and hit the line with seemingly plenty of running left in her, despite having received quite a hefty bump from the second towards the finish.
That form ties her in closely with The Good Wife and she represents a solid each-way option in an open event.

The Charlie Hills-trained Oursin has been off since May, but he made a winning return to action after an even greater absence last season and shouldn’t be far away under Tom Marquand, providing he stays this longer trip.
The son of Phoenix Of Spain ran only once at two, shaping with plenty of promise when a never-nearer second of 13 over 7f at Kempton in December 2024.
He went one better on his reappearance over a mile at the same track last October and looked a potential pattern-race type when following up by six lengths under a penalty at this venue later that month.
He matched that level in terms of Racing Post Ratings (94) when fifth behind Hand Of God over 1m2f at Newbury in May and has since been gelded.
He’s a half-brother to Tamaris, who had winning form up to 2m on the Flat and is out of a 1m5f scorer, so there’s cause for optimism as far as stamina goes.
