Former Hearts boss Derek McInnes returns to his old stomping ground this evening as Rangers seek to end the home side's 18-month unbeaten Scottish Premiership run at Tynecastle.
McInnes controversially jumped ship during the summer, cutting short his successful spell in the Hearts managerial hot-seat to take over the reigns at Ibrox following Danny Rohl's departure.
The 55-year-old has made a decent start to life at Ibrox, leading the Gers to seven victories from their 10 league outings to date, and knows that an eighth triumph of the term could see his side cut the gap between themselves and table-toppers Celtic to just a solitary point.
McInnes has responded to Rangers' 4-0 thumping of St Johnstone last time out by making just one change with Djeidi Gassama replacing Badredine Bouanani.
The home side meanwhile have made a couple of changes as boss Wouter Vrancken welcomes back Calvin Miller and Laurent Mendy.
