Harlequins and Northampton Saints have named their squads for their final match of the season, with the Saints rotating heavily
The Saints have already guaranteed themselves top spot in the Gallagher Prem standings, with a home semi final against the fourth place team confirmed.
Meanwhile, Harlequins currently sit just one point outside of the Champions Cup places, needing to get a result to put themselves back amongst Europe's elite.
After comfortably being dispatched by local rivals Saracens last weekend, Harlequins have made five changes to their squad.
Stephen Lewis starts in what will be his final match in a Harlequins shirt, alongside Jonny Green in the second row.
19 year-old Ollie Streeter is named to make his first start for the club in the front row, alongside Will Hobson and Sam Riley.
Will Evans comes into the back row alongside Jack Kenningham - who switches to blindside - and Alex Dombrandt who captains the Quarters.
Will Porter partners Marcus Smith at half back, with Cassius Cleaves also returning to the side.
Meanwhile, with an eye firmly on their semi final, Northampton Saints have rang the changes for the trip to the Stoop.
Almost all of the players who beat Gloucester last weekend are rested, with Curtis Langdon returning to the squad and Sonny Tonga’uiha set to make his league debut for the club.
