Galatasaray have made an offer to sign Burnley midfielder Lesley Ugochukwu, according to reports.
The 22-year-old midfielder was part of the Clarets side that suffered relegation to the Championship last season but could ply his trade in the Champions League with the Turkish giants in 2026/27.
Journalist Haluk Yurekli reported that the former Chelsea midfielder is the subject of a loan to buy offer from Gala.
Ugochukwu began his professional career with French club Rennes, where he made 60 appearances before sealing a move to Chelsea for a reported £23.1m. After making his debut against Liverpool, the Frenchman only managed 15 matches for the Blues before being sent out on loan to Southampton.
Upon making his return to Stamford Bridge, Ugochukwu was on the move again after Burnley agreed a five-year-deal to bring the midfielder to Lancashire.
However, the France U21 international could be on the move after just one season at the club.
"Galatasaray has made a loan offer with a mandatory purchase option to sign Lesley Ugochukwu," Yurekli reported on X.
"Burnley, who were relegated from the Premier League, want to sell Ugochukwu, whom they bought for €28.7m."
Relegation to the second tier could see Burnley part with some of their key assets this summer, with highly-touted defender Maxime Esteve also linked with a move away to a Champions League calibre outfit.
Scott Parker, manager of Burnley when the club signed Ugochukwu, departed before the conclusion of last campaign and the Clarets are yet to appoint a successor.
Reports suggested that they were close to hiring Wales manager Craig Bellamy but talks broke down at an advanced stage. Former Scotland coach Steve Clarke is another name linked with the post.
