Alvaro Arbeloa and Xabi Alonso have named their teams as the Spanish coaches prepare to lock horns in Fulham's Premier League fixture against Chelsea at Craven Cottage.
It's the dawn of a new era for both clubs as Arbeloa succeeds the popular Marco Silva in west London, while a mile east in SW6, Alonso takes the reins at Stamford Bridge as he looks to reestablish the Blues as Premier League contenders.
The duo know each other well having played 46 Premier League games as team-mates during their times at Liverpool, and Arbeloa was the coach who succeeded Alonso at the Santiago Bernabeu last season after the former Bayer Leverkusen boss was sacked at Real Madrid following less than eight months in charge.
Arbeloa has handed Gonzalo Garcia and César Palacios their Fulham debuts.
The former Real Madrid duo feature in a forward three alongside Oscar Bobb on the left flank.
Another new signing in Shea Charles is included on the bench.
Chelsea are without Moises Caicedo for the short trip to the Cottage with Reece James partnering Romeo Lavia in midfield. Alonso explained Caicedo's absence is "precautionary" after the Ecuadorian suffered a setback in training last week.
£117million signing Morgan Rogers features in a front three alongside Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro.
Malo Gusto and Jorrel Hato are the wing-backs. Josh Acheampong accompanies Maxence Lacroix and Levi Colwill as the three central defenders.
