Fulham have reportedly made an offer to sign Brazilian defender Natan from Real Betis.
The Cottagers have already made four signings this summer since Alvaro Arbeloa took the reins from long-serving head coach Marco Silva.
The Spaniard has already looked to La Liga twice in his search for new signings and it appears the Premier League club are in the hunt for a third in the form of Betis centre-back Natan.
According to a report from journalist Santi Aouna, Fulham have made a bid for the former Napoli man, who has attracted significant attention already this summer.
Barcelona have been repeatedly linked with a new defensive signing in the transfer window, particularly after Ronald Araujo departed the club to join Liverpool on loan earlier this month.
Reports from Brazil have claimed the club have entered into preliminary talks with Betis over a potential move for Natan, with the Heliopolitanos said to value the 25-year-old in the region of £22million.
Natan made 45 appearances in all competitions last season as Manuel Pellegrini led Betis to a fifth-place finish in La Liga and to the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
His performances led Natan to be named in Carlo Ancelotti's preliminary list for the 2026 World Cup, though he was ultimately not included in Brazil's 26-man squad.
Natan is yet to make an appearance for his country at senior level but was called up by Brazil U20 in 2020.
