RB Leipzig look to recover from their slow start to the season on Saturday, but Eintracht Frankfurt may prove a more substantial stumbling block than many expect at the Red Bull Arena
The visitors may sit a point below Saturday’s hosts in the Bundesliga standings, but they have proven a tough nut to crack at times this season and they will be looking to capitalise on a struggling Leipzig side.
Die Roten Bullen finished third last season but find themselves ninth after four games of the 2026/27 campaign and they suffered a losing start in the UEFA Champions League as well.

Best Bet: Eintracht Frankfurt win or draw double chance @ 13/10
A damaging 2-0 defeat at Bayer Leverkusen sent a dejected RB Leipzig squad into the international break on a sour note, and with that being their third defeat in their last four games, it opens the door for outsiders Eintracht Frankfurt to defy the odds at the Red Bull Arena.
The visitors have lost only one of their four Bundesliga fixtures this season and, despite struggling to win matches, have been proficient going forward.
Frankfurt have notched nine goals in four league games and opened the season with an 11-0 battering of SC St. Tonis in the DFB Pokal.
With RB Leipzig struggling for form, back Die Adler to get something from Saturday’s contest.
Alternative Bet: Over 3.5 goals @ 8/11
Only two teams - Union Berlin and Borussia Monchengladbach - have seen more goals scored across their four Bundesliga fixtures than Eintracht Frankfurt’s 19, and another high-scoring affair could be in store in Leipzig.
Over 3.5 goals has landed in all five of their competitive fixtures this season and they face an RB Leipzig side that have seen a massive 25 goals scored in their six fixtures this term.
Over 3.5 goals has been a winner in four of those games, so expect more of the same at the Red Bull Arena.

Antonio Nusa 2+ fouls won
Pays 10/1
Jonathan Burkardt began his season with a hat-trick and two assists in Frankfurt’s 11-0 drubbing of SC St. Tonis and the 26-year-old has used that as a springboard for an excellent start to the Bundesliga campaign.
He has scored three and assisted one in his four league appearances and has only failed to register a goal contribution once in five games for Eintracht Frankfurt.
RB Leipzig counterpart Antonio Nusa also looks a big threat. He scored once and assisted twice in their 5-0 win at home to Hamburg recently and has either scored or assisted in three of his last six outings for the club.
The Norway winger is also a promising target in the fouls market after drawing 12 fouls in six matches. Including his four games for his country during the international break, Nusa has been fouled at least twice in seven of his last nine appearances, totalling 20 fouls over that period.
In the shots department, Tidiam Gomis has had at least two shots in four of his six appearances for RB Leipzig, while Turkiye international Can Uzun has had two or more shots in each of his last three outings for Eintracht Frankfurt.
