Picking up wins in Serie A has been difficult for both Atalanta and Parma ahead of their Monday meeting in Bergamo where the home side will look to climb the table.
Atalanta have just one Serie A success since August, a run of seven games that includes four defeats, but Maurizio Sarri's men can at least point to a good recent record in front of goal.
Parma, by contrast, are in the bottom three with just one victory in nine attempts thus far and a meagre five goals scored – making them the lowest scorers in the Italian top tier.
Best Bet – Atalanta -1 @ 5/4
Alternative Bet – Nikola Krstovic Anytime Goalscorer @ 21/20
Bet Builder – Over 2 Goals, Atalanta to Score in Both Halves & Nicola Zalewski to Score or Assist, Under 9 Corners @ 27/4
Best Bet: Atalanta -1 @ 5/4
Atalanta should fancy their chances of making it four wins from six Serie A attempts in Bergamo this season when Parma visit.
La Dea have scored 11 goals across their last four league games and that attacking prowess should tee them up well against a visiting Parma side with the lowest scoring return in the division of just five goals in nine games.
This has not been a happy hunting ground for the Crusaders, with Parma beaten in five of their last six visits and failing to even score a goal in any of those losses.
Atalanta scored four times in a frantic draw with Frosinone in their last home game and can overcome Parma by more than the bare minimum.
Alternative Bet: Nikola Krstovic Anytime Goalscorer @ 21/20
In-form frontman Nikola Krstovic should get opportunities to add to his haul of six Serie A goals. Only Gustavo Varela on nine and Donyell Malen and Antonio Raimondo (eight each) had scored more league goals entering this round of games.
The Montenegro forward had two goals and one assist in that pulsating 4-4 draw with Frosinone here previously, matching his tally from October's 3-1 win over Venezia at the New Balance Arena.
He didn't find the net against Fiorentina in Thursday's 2-2 stalemate in Florence but did have a shot on target and looked lively.
Atalanta have netted before and after half-time in their previous two games against Fiorentina and Frosinone. La Dea scored three first-half goals here against Pafos in the Conference League last month and also fired in three before the break in their victory over Venezia here previous to that.
They can bag in both halves in a contest which should bring plenty of goals. Over 2.5 goals has landed in five of the previous six games each of these sides has played in all competitions.
Parma's impotent attack is a worry but they will surely relish the chance to face a host side with 17 goals against in just nine Serie A games and no clean sheets in nine across all competitions.
Nicola Zalewski has a goal and three assists in seven Serie A appearances for Atalanta this season and had two assists for Poland in the most recent international break.
He was impressive in the draw at Fiorentina and should retain his starting spot now, making him a key threat for the home side.
Less than nine corners completes the bet builder. Atalanta’s games average 9.56 in Serie A while for Parma it is 8.89.
Under nine corners has been a winning bet in five of Atalanta's seven home games this season domestically and in Europe.
