England Women v South Africa Women odds

England and South Africa go head-to-head for a place in the Women's T20 World Cup final.

Charlotte Edwards has so far done a fantastic job of leading the team at her first major ICC tournament as a coach, but it should come as no surprise given she won both the ODI World Cup and T20 World Cup as a player, as well has captaining her country on 220 occasions.

Her players will lean on every bit of that experience as they prepare take on a South Africa side that have knocked them out at this exact stage in each of the last two World Cups.

Australia await in Sunday's final at Lord's following their demolition of the West Indies in their last four clash.

England v South Africa

After finishing a perfect five from five in the group stages and having the bonus of home advantage, it is England that head into Wednesday's contest as clear favourites.

Danni Wyatt-Hodge has done much of the heavy lifting for the hosts, the 35-year-old has been in sparkling form with the bat and is firmly on course to finish as the tournament's leading run-getter.

She scored a century in England's opening fixture against Sri Lanka before chalking up half-centuries in back-to-back games with the West Indies and New Zealand.

South Africa represents her toughest task thus far, however.

Wyatt-Hodge will have to repel a pace attack containing Marizanne Kapp, Shabnim Ismail and Ayabonga Khaka that has combined for 25 wickets so far throughout the tournament. There is a good chance that the game will be won and lost depending on how England's top-order shape up against that trio.

The return of Nat-Sciver Brunt from injury is also a huge positive for England, although Sophia Dunkley has performed extremely well in her absence.
