Steve Borthwick has named his England squad to face Fiji in the second round of the new World Rugby Nations Championship.
England, who started their Nations Championship campaign with a comprehensive defeat at the hands of world champions South Africa, return to home shores for an 'away' fixture against Fiji.
The 'visitors' are in dire need of a victory, following an absolutely torrid 2026 to date, with Saturday's match seen as a defining one of the Borthwick era.
In response to his side's defeat to South Africa, the England head coach has made two changes to the side which started against the world champions last weekend.
Marcus Smith, who was a late injury call up to the starting XV, continues in the unfamiliar role of full back, joined in the back three by Immanuel Feyi-Waboso, who shifts wings this weekend, and Tommy Freeman, who shifts out one place from outside centre.
Henry Slade comes into the side to partner Seb Atkinson in midfield, with Fin Smith and Jack van Poortvliet preferred to retain their spots at half back.
The front five are all unchanged from last weekend, with the only change in the pack from last weekend seeing Guy Pepper replace Tom Curry at openside flanker.
The bench has seen a lot of changes from the defeat to South Africa, including a switch back to the more traditional 5-3 split.
Asher Opoku-Fordjour shifts to the loosehead prop replacement, allowing George Kloska to feature in the matchday squad, while Tom Curry is named on the bench at 19, having started last weekend.
Alex Mitchell will don the number 21 shirt, allowing Benhard Janse van Rensburg to - controversially - be in line for his first competitive appearance for his new nation.
Young Saracens sensation Noah Caluori is also named on the bench, joining van Rensburg in potentially earning his first England cap.
Starting XV: 15 Marcus Smith, 14 Tommy Freeman, 13 Henry Slade, 12 Seb Atkinson, 11 Immanuel Feyi-Waboso, 10 Fin Smith, 9 Jack van Poortvliet; 1 Ellis Genge (vc), 2 Jamie George (c), 3 Joe Heyes, 4 Alex Coles, 5 George Martin, 6 Ollie Chessum (vc), 7 Guy Pepper, 8 Ben Earl.
