One of the most tenured fighters in the lightweight division returns on Saturday night as 38-fight veteran Edson Barboza returns to the Octagon to take on Esteban Ribovics.
It's the age-old combat sports story of grizzled veteran taking on up-and-coming prospect at 155lbs, with the ever-exciting Ribovics looking to add a big name to his resume.
Barboza will be desperate to get back in the win column after three successive losses inside the Octagon.
The Brazilian has never lost four-in-a-row during his career but according to MMA expert Adam Catterall he will once again fail to get his hand raised at the Xfinity Mobile Arena this weekend.
"I just don't know if Barboza can flip it back into his favour off the back of three losses," Catterall said on bet365 Cageside.
"Especially last time out getting stopped [against Jalin Turner], and it pains me to say because Edson Barboza is one of my favourite fighters.
"Esteban Ribovics comes through this fight, he may even get a stoppage in this fight as well.
"I'm going to go Esteban Ribovics via a third-round stoppage victory. Forget grappling, you're not going to see any of that fight. You're just going to see a straight up war."
