Founded in 2017, Dana White's Contender Series has served as the introduction into the UFC of some of the biggest stars on the current roster, including the likes of Sean O'Malley, Jamahal Hill and Quillan Salkilld.

Rivera has won his last six fights while the Irishman Darby is one of European MMA's biggest prospects and most recently claimed a first-round submission win on Cage Warriors back in February.
