Popular British heavyweight Dave Allen will return to the ring on Saturday 5 September to take on Thomas Carty as the chief support for Katie Taylor's swansong at Croke Park.
Tickets have already sold out for the clash at the famous Gaelic sports stadium, with upwards of 80,000 fans set to be in attendance when Taylor bows out against Flora Pili.
The event will mark the first time boxing has been hosted at the venue since Muhammad Ali defeated Al Lewis in the Irish capital back in July 1972.
In a press conference on Tuesday Matchroom Boxing chief Eddie Hearn announced the full undercard for the historic event, with a heavyweight bout between Allen and Carty set to serve as chief support.
After being stopped in three rounds by top contender Filip Hrgovic in May, Allen returned to the ring earlier this month against Ross McGuigan, winning a four-round decision at the Magna Centre in Rotherham.
The 34-year-old already has another bout scheduled for next month against an as yet unannounced opponent as he looks to continue building momentum heading into his showdown with Carty.
Ireland's Carty has won all but one of his 12 fights since turning professional in 2021, and most recently defeated German Skobenko on points in March at the 3Arena in Dublin.
Carty previously served as a sparring partner for Anthony Joshua as he was preparing for his first fight with pound-for-pound great Oleksandr Usyk.
Paddy Donovan is also set to feature after scoring a big win against Karen Chukhadzian last month.
The heavy-handed southpaw will take on Tyrone McKenna.
Former UFC star Molly McCann is also set to feature on the Croke Park card in September as she looks to continue her burgeoning boxing career after swapping the Octagon for the ring last year.
Speaking on the event Hearn said: "With so much Irish talent on the undercard, it will be a special, party atmosphere at Croke Park before 80,000 fans get behind the great Katie Taylor for her final ever fight.
"I love the Allen-Carty fight. Two experienced Heavyweights, in a make-or-break fight, out to score an almighty win. Plus, Paddy Donovan fresh from his recent heroics in Germany looks to underline his status as Ireland's number one Welterweight – and underline why he is next in line to challenge for the IBF crown.
"Molly McCann looked great in her recent win in Liverpool and she has a huge year ahead. But she will be over the moon to be on this card, especially with her cousin Katie Taylor headlining."
