Take a look at the best-backed teams for the 2026/27 UEFA Conference League.
Despite fielding just one representative, English clubs have largely fared well in the Conference League. The Premier League has sent Leicester City and Aston Villa to the semi-finals, with West Ham United, Chelsea and Crystal Palace all emerging victorious.
bet365's Steve Freeth said: "English clubs have dominated this competition since its inception and looking at the runners and riders for this year's showpiece, Brighton deserve their favourites tag."
Given English clubs' success in this competition, it's perhaps no surprise to see Brighton sent off as 3/1 favourites. The Seagulls didn't have the best time of things in their most recent European endeavour, being knocked out of the 2023 Europa League in the round of 16, but look much better placed for silverware this time around.
The quote of 11/4 hasn't put punters off backing the south coast side, either, with nearly 45% of total stakes placed on Fabian Hurzeler's men.
The bigger prices of 33/1 and 66/1 on Panathinaikos and Mohamed Salah's Trabzonspor have drawn support, with 14% and 11% of stakes placed on the Greek and Turkish sides respectively.
Faltering Ajax (10/1), now working under new boss Michel are the joint-third best backed side, while second favourites Atalanta, now with 2019 Europa League winner Maurizio Sarri at the helm, are the fifth-best backed side.
