Take a look at every winner of the UEFA Conference League since Roma lifted the competition's first title in 2022.

The UEFA Conference League was introduced in the 2021/22 season as a third-tier European competition.

It gives chances to clubs from lower-ranked UEFA member countries to claim European glory.

There has only been four winners of the competition, coming from three different nations (Italy, England (x2) and Greece).

Chelsea were the most recent winners of the competition, beating Real Betis 4-1 in the 2025 final.
