The Bahrain Darts Masters offers eight of the leading players on the PDC Tour the first opportunity of success post-World Darts Championship and here's everything you need to know ahead of the event.
Newly crowned World Champion Luke Littler returns to the Middle East as the defending title-holder, having landed his maiden PDC Tour title 12 months ago, just a few weeks after reaching the Alexandra Palace final on debut.
The 2025 Bahrain Darts Masters takes place across two days, on Thursday 16th and Friday 17th January, 2025.

Prize money for the 2025 Bahrain Darts Masters remains at £60,000 with £20,000 of the pot being allocated to the tournament winner.
With the event falling under the World Series of Darts banner, prize money won won't be included on the PDC Order of Merit.
The 2025 Bahrain Darts Masters will be staged at the Bahrain International Circuit, in Sakhir.
The venue is most famously known for hosting the Bahrain F1, although it has also been used for other sporting events, including snooker and darts.
The field has now been confirmed for the 2025 Bahrain Darts Masters, and it includes defending champion, and recently crowned World darts Champion, Luke Littler.

Identically to all other World Series of Darts events, 16 players will toe the oche in Bahrain, with eight of those representing the PDC Tour and the other eight being made up of Asian invitees and Bahrain qualifiers.
The 2025 Bahrain Darts Masters is a straight knockout format with first round and quarter-finals ties being contested over 11 legs, before expanding to a best-of-13 format in the semi-finals and best-of-15 in the final.

The 2025 staging of the Bahrain Darts Masters will be the third since its inception in 2023.
Michael Smith reigned supreme in the Middle East that year, beating Gerwyn Price 8-6 in the final, before Luke Littler captured his maiden professional title in 2024 on the back of his historic run to the final of the 2024 World Darts Championship.
The newly crowned World Champion beat Michael van Gerwen 8-5 in Bahrain last year, the same opponent he overcame in the showpiece Alexandra Palace final recently.
The 2025 World Series of Darts is made up of seven international events, including the Bahrain Darts Masters, as well as the World Series of Darts Finals in September, 2025.
