Aston Villa will look to build on their impressive win over Tottenham last time out when hosting Brentford on Saturday afternoon.
While the 3-2 scoreline perhaps suggests a close encounter, Villa were good value for their win, with only two late consolations denying Unai Emery's men a bigger margin of victory.
The Villans face a tough assignment in Brentford however, who've been one of the best teams in the Premier League this season. Still unbeaten despite a challenging fixture list, Keith Andrews will have been delighted to see his side take maximum points from games with Tottenham and Chelsea, with a combined goal difference of 6-0 in those meetings.
Fixtures come thick and fast for Villa now with UEFA Champions League football occupying three of their next four midweeks; as such, Unai Emery may look to rotate some of his stars prior to Fenerbahce on Wednesday.
Matty Cash should be fit to start after recovering from a dead leg with Pau Torres also nearing full fitness. Matteo Ruggeri will continue at left-back with Ian Maatsen injured. Amadou Onana remains absent with Joao Gomes and Boubacar Kamara expected to start in midfield as Leon Goretzka nears a return following his move from Bayern Munich.
Nicolas Jackson, Johan Manzambi and John McGinn's places in attack look secure, while Emi Buendia should retain his place over Alejandro Garnacho after his goal against Tottenham.
For Brentford, the international break perhaps came at the worst time, particularly with Mikkel Damsgaard injuring his ankle on Denmark duty. Dango Ouattara will be hopeful of a place on the bench as he recovers from illness, while Mathias Jensen, Nathan Collins and Sepp van den Berg are all nearing a return. Joshua Dasilva and Antoni Milambo have been ruled out by Andrews.
Collins is unlikely to be risked given Jannik Schuster's performance against Chelsea, with the Austrian set to line up alongside Kristoffer Ajer once again.
Keane Lewis-Potter is clutching onto the left-back spot despite the signing of El Hadji-Malick Diouf and should start once again. Mamadou Sangare was left out of Brentford's win against Chelsea but is expected to be recalled after the injury to Damsgaard.
