NFL Week 4 picks and predictions with Chad Millman

The Action Network's Chief Content Officer Chad Millman gives his picks and analysis for the NFL Week 4 slate, including a Same Game Parlay, Money Line parlay, and a Best Bet for the weekend.

AFC East juggernauts to clash

Perhaps the matchup of the early NFL season takes place this Sunday, as the undefeated Miami Dolphins travel to western New York to face the Buffalo Bills.

The Dolphins have looked the strongest team in the NFL so far, particularly after scoring a mind-boggling 70 points in their Week 3 win over the Broncos, while the Bills have won two-straight after dropping their season opener to the Jets.

Miami’s record-setting start has seen their odds to win the AFC East and the Super Bowl shorten. The Dolphins are -140 favorites to win the AFC East for the first time since 2008 and fourth-favorite to win the Super Bowl at +900.

In turn, Buffalo – the pre-season favorite to win the division – is +145 to capture their fourth-straight AFC East crown and +1000 to lift the Lombardi Trophy.

Stroud for OROY?

Houston Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud lit it up in his third career start, throwing for 280 yards and two touchdowns in a 37-17 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Stroud is fifth in the league in passing yards (906) through Week 3 and has yet to throw an interception in 121 pass attempts – an NFL rookie record for the most attempts without a pick to start a career.

The Ohio State product has shot up the board for Offensive Rookie of the Year. Previously priced at +1400, Stroud is now third-favorite at +450 behind Falcons RB Bijan Robinson and Colts QB Anthony Richardson.

Cowboys to bounce back?

The most shocking upset of Week 3 came in Glendale, Arizona, where the Cardinals dominated the Dallas Cowboys, 28-16, in a game the home team never trailed.

Dak Prescott and company will look to get right in Week 4 at home against the New England Patriots and move to 3-1.

Who wins in Week 4?

Chad’s Money Line parlay for Week 4 includes three underdogs and one winless team.

The Bears (+145 ML) have been very underwhelming to start the 2023/24 season, but have an opportunity to record their first win in Week 4 against another winless side in the Denver Broncos.

The Titans (+115 ML) host the Cincinnati Bengals, who are coming off their first win of the year on Monday Night Football. Mike Vrabel’s men have lost both road games this year by a combined 25 points, but posted an impressive OT win at home over the Chargers in Week 2.

The Texans (+140 ML) are also riding high after a dominant Week 3 win over the Jaguars, with a trip to Pittsburgh on the cards for Week 4.

Chad's Best Bet

The Week 4 slate pits the 1-2 Tennessee Titans against the 1-2 Cincinnati Bengals, live from Nashville at 1 PM ET on Sunday.

Chad sees this as a get-right game for Mike Vrabel’s men.

The Titans defensive line is one of, if not the best in the NFL. Last season, Tennessee allowed 76.9 rush yards/game, the fewest in the NFL. In three games so far this season, they’ve allowed 69.3 rush yards/game. They have not allowed 100 rush yards in nine-straight games, the longest active streak in the NFL.

At home against a struggling Bengals offense, Chad likes the Titans to cover the 2.5-point spread this weekend.

Chad’s Best Bet: Titans +2.5
