The Action Network's Chief Content Officer Chad Millman gives his picks and analysis for the NFL Week 3 slate, including a Same Game Parlay, Money Line parlay, and a Best Bet for the weekend.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been one of the early surprises of the new NFL season.
Wins over the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears have the Bucs sitting pretty at 2-0, despite many believing they would be among the NFL’s bottom-dwellers in 2023/24.
QB Baker Mayfield has been exceptional so far, tallying 490 pass yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions in two games.
Next up is their toughest test yet – Monday Night Football against the 2022 NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles.
The Eagles are 5-point favorites as of Thursday, down from -7 at open.
Dallas Cowboys LB Micah Parsons has been the most valuable player in the NFL in the opening two weeks, and that isn’t necessarily up for debate.
The Penn State product has three sacks, four tackles for loss, a forced fumble and fumble recovery in Dallas’ two demolitions of the Giants and Jets.
His dominance has meant significant movement in the Defensive Player of the Year and MVP markets.
Parsons is the +200 favorite to win DPOY, an award he has been runner-up in each of the past two seasons, and has the shortest odds of any non-QB to win MVP at +3300.
A year removed from winning 13 games and topping the NFC North, the Minnesota Vikings find themselves at 0-2 with questions lingering about the futures of QB Kirk Cousins and star WR Justin Jefferson.
There is still time to salvage their season, and in Week 3 they host a team in a similar spot – the 0-2 Los Angeles Chargers.
Chad’s Same Game Parlay: Vikings Money Line, Kirk Cousins 250+ Pass Yards, Alexander Mattison Anytime Touchdown

Chad’s three selections on the Money Line this week all look to bounce back from subpar performances in Week 2.
Although they defeated the Panthers on Monday night, the Saints have scored just 36 points this season – 25th in the NFL – as QB Derek Carr continues to assimilate to his new team.
New Orleans visits the Green Bay Packers at 1 PM ET on Sunday, and are +110 on the Money Line.
The Raiders suffered the biggest defeat of any team in Week 2, a 28-point loss to the Buffalo Bills, and aim to rebound on Sunday Night Football when hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Las Vegas is -135 to record its second win of the season.
Lastly, the Rams have looked strong to start 2023/24, but fell to 1-1 at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2.
Second-year RB Kyren Williams and rookie WR Puka Nacua have been unlikely sparkplugs for LA’s offense.
The Rams are +120 to defeat the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday night.
Chad’s Money Line Parlay: Saints Money Line, Raiders Money Line, Rams Money Line
The Week 3 slate pits the high-flying Miami Dolphins against the winless Denver Broncos, who, despite appointing Sean Payton as head coach this offseason, have started 0-2 and blown leads in both games.
Chad likes Denver to match up well with Miami and cover the spread when the two teams meet at Hard Rock Stadium this Sunday afternoon.
Chad’s Best Bet: Broncos +6.5
