Let's dive in!
Coming off a statement win on Monday night in a Super Bowl rematch against the Chiefs, the Eagles control their own destiny over the final seven weeks of the season. At 9-1, Philly is a hefty -240 favorite to be the NFC’s one-seed and -150 to finish with the NFL’s best regular season record.
On the other side, the Bills bounced back from a torrid week in which offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey was let go with a dominating 32-6 win over the Jets in Week 11.
The Eagles have been a model of consistency and perseverance in 2023, while Buffalo has been anything but.
But does that mean Philly will roll through Josh Allen and company when they come to Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday?
It’s tough to be convinced the Bills “are back” after blowing out the Jets last week. Back-to-back primetime losses to the Bengals and Broncos in the weeks prior, among other performances this season, have left a bad taste in our mouths about the once-Super Bowl favorites.
At 6-5, Buffalo is currently +350 to reach the AFC Wild Card round despite being just one loss behind the seventh-seeded Steelers in the playoff picture. Why? The Bills’ upcoming schedule is a gauntlet - @ Eagles, @ Chiefs, vs. Cowboys, @ Chargers, vs. Patriots, @ Dolphins.
Sean McDermott’s men have a chance to re-stake their claim as one of the NFL’s top teams with wins against their upcoming opponents. We’ll find out what the Bills are really made of over these final six games of the season.
Monday night’s loss to the Eagles was devastating for the Chiefs. Not only did they blow a 10-point lead and fail to score in the second half, but the receiving corps did not show up. Timely drops and fumbles - including one from Travis Kelce in the red zone - cost Kansas City the game.
Expect the Chiefs to bounce back against their division rivals in Week 12. Patrick Mahomes has a career 29-4 record against AFC West opponents, including a perfect 5-0 against the Raiders on the road.

Three slight underdogs are featured in this week’s Money Line parlay.
C.J. Stroud and the red-hot Texans (+105 ML) face a stern test against division rivals Jacksonville, who sit one game ahead of Houston in the AFC South heading into Week 12.
The Joe Burrow-less Bengals will try and find a spark to save their season when hosting the Steelers on Sunday, with Jake Browning and company a +105 shot to come out winners.
Lastly, Baker Mayfield and the Bucs (+115 ML) are on the road in Indianapolis with a chance to get back into the playoff picture. At 4-6, Tampa Bay sits just a game back of the NFC South-leading Saints.
Chad’s Money Line Parlay: Texans ML, Bengals ML, Buccaneers ML
Patrick Mahomes is the consensus best quarterback in the NFL right now. One thing he and the Chiefs don’t do well? Cover the spread when favored by more than a touchdown.
Chad likes the Aidan O’Connell-led Raiders to keep it close and cover the spread when Kansas City comes to Allegiant Stadium during the evening slate on Sunday.
Chad’s Best Bet: Raiders +8.5
