Our resident boxing expert Rob Tebbutt shares his picks ahead of Canelo Alvarez defending his super middleweight titles against Jaime Munguia this Saturday.
It's going to be an all-action war between two Mexican fighters who love to let the big shots go, come forward and apply pressure.
The lead-up to the fight has been dominated by Alvarez and his former promoter - Munguia's current promoter - Oscar De La Hoya, and it looks like Canelo might have the edge this weekend.
Two Mexican boxers means one thing: a guaranteed action fight in Sin City.
I like Alvarez to win this one by stoppage. Yes, Munguia is a good fighter in his own right, but he is very open defensively as we saw him take a few heavy blows in his brilliant bout against Sergiy Derevyanchenko last year.
Canelo still has that punching power, and while he did not get the knockout against Jermell Charlo last September, Charlo was running around the ring to ensure that didn't happen.
This time around, I think Munguia will come forward and apply pressure on Alvarez, and ultimately, that will be the underdog's downfall.
For those looking for extra value, Alvarez stopped each of Caleb Plant, Billy Joe Saunders and Sergey Kovalev in the second half of those respective fights, and I like Alvarez to do so again here.
