The No. 7 UConn Huskies (13-2, 4-0 Big East) continue their Big East schedule when hosting the Xavier Musketeers (5-9, 0-3 Big East) on Wednesday night.
UConn has gotten off to a 4-0 start in conference play with wins over Georgetown, Providence, Marquette and Villanova. The Huskies' two losses were against fellow National Championship contenders in Notre Dame and USC.
Xavier has struggled this season, having lost four of its last five games. The Musketeers haven't picked up a win in the Big East yet, with losses to Creighton, Georgetown and DePaul.
Xavier vs. UConn will be broadcast on SNY, a local broadcast network in the greater New York and Connecticut market. It can be viewed through cable TV or streamed via live TV streaming apps such as YouTubeTV by fans located in that area.
Fans outside the Connecticut market can view the game on UConn Sports Network, which can be accessed via the team website.
Xavier vs. UConn is scheduled to tip off at 7:30 PM ET/6:30 PM CT on Wednesday, January 8th from the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
