The Wisconsin Badgers (13-16, 4-14 Big Ten) and Iowa Hawkeyes (20-9, 10-9 Big Ten), fresh off meeting in each team's final game of the regular season, face off in the first round of the Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament.
Iowa has fared reasonably well in its first season without superstar guard and two-time reigning Wooden Award winner Caitlin Clark. The Hawkeyes were in the top-25 for six weeks from late November to early January, and they finished tied for eighth in the Big Ten with a winning record in the conference.
Wisconsin has struggled for much of the year, ranking in the bottom 10 in defensive rating. That said, they've played the 23rd-toughest schedule in the nation per Sports-Reference.
Wisconsin vs. Iowa, along with the rest of the Men's and Women's Big Ten Basketball Tournaments, will be streamed exclusively on Peacock.
Wisconsin vs. Iowa is scheduled to tip off at 8:30 PM ET/7:30 PM CT on Wednesday, March 5th from Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.
