Which LIV Golfers Are Competing at Augusta This Year?

The 2026 Masters once again brings together golf's biggest stars, including a select group of LIV Golf players competing at Augusta.

With 10 LIV Golfers in the field this year, the spotlight will be on former champions, major winners, and players seeking their first green jacket.

Five of the 10 LIV Golf players in this year's Masters field are past champions, combining for six green jackets.

Bryson DeChambeau

Best Masters Finish: T5, 2025

Bryson's 2024 U.S. Open victory secured his exemption into the Masters. Last year, he was only two strokes behind Rory McIlroy heading into Master's Sunday ending with best finish T5, one spot higher than his T6 in 2024.

Bryson DeChambeau's 2026 season has been dominant, he is arguably playing some of the best golf of his career. Bryson has won two LIV Golf tournaments so far this season.

He won both LIV Golf South Africa and Singapore in a playoff. Defeating Richard T. Lee in Singapore and Jon Rahm in extra holes in South Africa.

Bryson is considered a top contender heading into the Masters, because of his consistent performances in majors over the past few years and a strong start to the 2026 season.

Jon Rahm

Best Masters Finish: 1st, 2023

Jon Rahm is a former champion and has earned a lifetime exemption into the Masters tournament.

Rahm started the 2026 season with back-to-back runner up finishes at LIV Golf Riyadh and Adelaide. He ended his 18-month drought when he shot 23-under in Hong Kong earning his first LIV Golf title.

Heading into the Masters, eyes will be on Jon Rahm as he hopes to earn his second Masters title.

Cameron Smith

Best Masters Finish: T2, 2020

Cameron Smith is exempt into the field because of his Open Championship win in 2022. He also earned exemption into the tournament until 2025, because of The Players Championship win in 2022.

Cameron has had an incredible record at The Masters, with five top-10 finishes in his nine starts. Cameron's best Master's finish was in 2020, finishing second to Dustin Johnson.

In the most recent LIV Golf events Cameron has finished T17 in South Africa and T8 in Singapore.

Dustin Johnson

Best Masters Finish: 1st, 2020

Dustin Johnson won the Masters in 2020 and set the all-time 72-hole scoring record finishing 20-under-par. The record was previously held by Tiger Woods.

In 2019, he had a T2 finish and this year will mark his 16th Masters Tournament start.

Dustin Johnson has had three top-17 finishes in his first five 2026 LIV Golf events. He is a veteran golfer who knows how to step up on golf's brightest stage.

Sergio Garcia

Best Masters Finish: 1st, 2017

Sergio Garcia earned a lifetime invitation to the Masters because of his 2017 win.

Sergio Garcia earned a lifetime invitation to the Masters because of his 2017 win. In the first five LIV Golf events of 2026, Sergio has had up and down finishes.

His biggest struggle has been on the green losing strokes to putts. However, his T8 finish at HSBC LIV Golf Hong Kong proves his ability to be a contender on the leaderboard.

Tyrrell Hatton

Best Masters Finish: T9, 2024

Tyrrell Hatton qualified for the Masters because of his T4 U.S. Open finish in 2025.

Tyrrell Hatton has had two top-10 finishes on LIV Golf this season, he finished T3 at LIV Golf Adelaide and T10 at LIV Golf Singapore. Tyrrell has demonstrated high-level play at LIV Golf events this season.

Carlos Ortiz

Best Masters Finish: MC, 2021

Carlos Ortiz is exempt into the 2026 Masters because of his T4 finish in the 2025 U.S. Open.

Carlos has had two top-10 finishes during the 2026 LIV season, finishing 6th in Hong Kong and 8th in South Africa. He has been consistent heading into the Masters tournament.

Tom McKibbin

2026 Masters Debut

Tom McKibbin is one of the few players in the field making his Masters debut. As of 2026, the exemption rules expanded allowing winners of select international tournaments earn a spot in the field.

McKibbin earned his spot in the field by winning the Hong Kong Open in November 2025. He is considered a rising star on LIV Golf, at just 23 years old.

Charl Schwartzel

Best Masters Finish: 1st, 2011

Charl Schwartzel is a past champion winning the Masters in 2011.

Charl's 2026 season has been steady with no breakout success over the first five tournaments. His best finish this season has been a T17, in Adelaide.

Bubba Watson

Best Masters Finish: 1st, 2012, 2014

Bubba Watson is a two-time Master's champion (2012, 2014). He is a veteran professional golfer spending over 15 years on the PGA Tour before joining LIV. This will be his 18th Masters start.

He earned his lifetime exemption into the Masters tournament with his 2012 victory. So far, in the 2026 season Bubba has not finished better than T28.
