The 2025 Unrivaled playoffs are set.
The inaugural season of Unrivaled, a women’s 3-on-3 basketball league featuring many of the best players in the world, is down to four teams.
After a 14-game regular season spanning two months, Lunar Owls, Rose, Laces and Vinyl clinched playoff berths, with Mist and Phantom missing out after finishing with the bottom two records.
Let’s take a look at the latest outright odds to win the inaugural Unrivaled championship.
Lunar Owls | -250 |
Rose | +400 |
Laces | +600 |
Vinyl | +2200 |
Lunar Owls, led by Unrivaled co-founder Napheesa Collier, were by far the best team in Unrivaled this season and topped the league standings by a five-game margin. In turn, they are the -250 favorites to win the championship.
Collier led the league in scoring (25.7 PPG) and powered Lunar Owls to a 13-1 record, their only loss coming against Rose on February 21. Allisha Gray (19.1 PPG) and Skylar Diggins-Smith (17.9 PPG) were also hugely valuable to Lunar Owls’ stellar season.
Rose, the only team to beat the league leaders all season, are second-favorite at +400.
Rose finished second in the league standings with an 8-6 record and are led by Chelsea Gray (21.3 PPG, 5.4 APG), Kahleah Copper (16.6 PPG) and Angel Reese (13.1 PPG, 12.1 RPG), although Reese did leave Rose’s final regular season game with a wrist injury and her status for the playoffs is uncertain.
Laces (+600) will face off against Rose in the semifinals having finished third in the standings with a 7-7 record. Kayla McBride (22.2 PPG), Unrivaled’s second-leading scorer, leads the way for a team that allowed the fewest points in the league during the regular season.
Vinyl (+2200) is the last team in after beating out Mist, who they share a 5-9 record with, via a tiebreaker. Their 4-7 record vs. playoff teams is better than Mist’s 3-8 clip.
Rhyne Howard (20.5 PPG) and Dearica Hamby (19.9) have been the standouts for Vinyl, who will require a massive effort if they are to get past Lunar Owls in the semifinals.
