The UNLV Rebels will look to stay undefeated on Friday night when they pay a visit to Kansas City for a matchup against the Kansas Jayhawks.

Kansas entered the 2024 season ranked #22 in the nation, moved up to #19 after Week 1, and has since fallen out of the top-25 following a 23-17 loss to Illinois in Week 2.

UNLV has outscored its two opponents – Houston and Utah Tech – by a combined score of 99-21, making the Rebels the 11th highest scoring team in the nation through three total weeks.

These two teams met in last year’s Guaranteed Rate Bowl with Kansas claiming a 49-36 win in Phoenix, Arizona.

Friday night's game will take place at Children's Mercy Park, one of two stadiums - along with the Kansas City Chiefs' Arrowhead Stadium - at which Kansas will play their 2024 home games while their home field, David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, undergoes renovation.
