After winning its opening game, the United States women's basketball team faces Belgium.
The Americans beat Japan 102-76 in the Group C opener, led by 24 points, 13 rebounds and four blocks from A'ja Wilson and 22 points, eight rebounds and three blocks from Breanna Stewart.
Belgium lost to Germany by an 83-69 score. Three of their players scored double-digit points, led by 2019 WNBA Finals MVP Emma Meesseman's 25 points, and guard Julie Vanloo made as many three-point attempts (four) as the entirety of Team USA did against Japan.
The United States vs. Belgium in Olympic women's basketball will be broadcast on USA Network, which can be viewed through cable TV or live TV streaming apps such as YouTubeTV or FuboTV. The game will also be available to stream on Peacock.
The United States vs. Belgium is scheduled to start at 3 PM ET/12 PM PT on Thursday, August 1 with the game taking place at Pierre Mauroy Stadium in Lille, France.
