Moreno, a former Flyweight champion, was originally slated to fight against Asu Almabayev, but an injury has the English Kavanaugh stepping into the ring as Moreno's opponent.
The fights will begin at 5PM ET on Saturday, Feb. 28 with the Early Preliminary Card, followed by the Preliminary Card at 7PM ET and the Main Card at 9PM ET.
This will be Moreno's 10th contest over championship distance in the UFC and Kavanagh's first.
