Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Player Props for NBA Cup Final vs. Milwaukee Bucks

Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will look to lead his team to its first trophy since the franchise relocated from Seattle when facing the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Cup Final on Tuesday night.

SGA has been his team's go-to guy throughout the tournament, and he enters the Final as the -180 favorite to win NBA Cup MVP.

A win in Las Vegas on Tuesday would mean extra to the Thunder, a franchise that hasn't lifted a trophy since the time it won the 1978/79 NBA Finals when the franchise was known as the Seattle Supersonics and had Jack Sikma as its best player.

The Thunder have dominated NBA Cup play with a +12.6 net rating, which is 1.7 points better per 100 possessions than the Bucks and a full four points better than the team with the third-best NBA Cup net rating. SGA has been a huge factor behind that success.

SGA is the third-leading scorer in NBA Cup play with 32.2 points per game while shooting 41.3 percent from three on 7.7 attempts per game. He's also averaging 6.2 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 2.7 steals in six Cup games.

In his 11 career games against the Bucks, Gilgeous-Alexander has averaged 20.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.4 assists while shooting 42.9 percent from the field. In two late-season games against Milwaukee last year, SGA had 12 points in the first game and 23 in the second, but he went a combined 0/10 from three in those contests.
