Two unranked Big Ten teams with middling records - the Rutgers Scarlet Knights and the USC Trojans - meet in Week 9 in a game that each team will want to win in order to increase their chances of making a bowl game appearance.
Since the Scarlet Knights are 4-3 and the Trojans are 3-4, the College Football Playoff is out of reach for both sides.
Both of these teams are on three-game losing streaks within the conference. Rutgers has lost to Nebraska by seven points, Wisconsin in a blowout, and UCLA by three points; USC lost to Minnesota by a TD, undefeated Penn State by three points in overtime, and to Maryland by one point.
Rutgers vs. USC will be broadcast on FOX, which can be viewed through linear or cable TV and streamed with live TV streaming apps such as YouTubeTV or FuboTV.
Rutgers vs. USC is scheduled to start at 11 PM ET/8 PM PT on Friday, October 25 with the game taking place at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California.
