Roki Sasaki Player Props, Odds: MLB debut vs. Chicago Cubs

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Roki Sasaki will make his MLB debut on Wednesday morning against the Chicago Cubs.

Sasaki is the latest coveted prospect to come out of Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball league, where played for the Chiba Lotte Marines since 2021. He signed for the Dodgers in January, becoming the latest Japanese superstar to grace the roster of the 2024 World Series champions, joining Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto.

The 23-year-old made history during his time in the NPB, recording a league-record 19 strikeouts in one game and a world record 13 consecutive strikeouts in one game. Sasaki also pitched a perfect game in April 2022, the 16th in NPB history and the first since 1994.
