Two teams who could make some waves in the playoffs, the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens, face off in Week 1 of the 2024 NFL Preseason.

One of last season's main storylines coming out of the preseason was how the Eagles' starters would fare after they didn't appear in a single play of exhibition action.

The Birds narrowly escaped a poor New England Patriots team by a 25-20 score in Week 1 of the 2023 regular season, so head coach Nick Sirianni said he would "definitely re-evaluate" his approach ahead of this year's preseason.

The Ravens, meanwhile, were a well-oiled machine last year and earned the No. 1 seed in the AFC, but they lost to the eventual NFL champion Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship.

Baltimore lost some key defensive players in the offseason but added four-time Pro Bowl running back Derrick Henry.
