The PGA Championship is one of the four Majors in golf - The Masters, the US Open and The Open Championship are the other three - and represents one of the most coveted prizes in the game.
The list of former winners is a galaxy of the biggest names ever to have played the game and getting their hands on the Wanamaker Trophy is a dream for players from across the world.
Scottie Scheffler experienced that joy at Quail Hollow last year when he won by five shots, but this event will be held at Aronimink Golf Club in Pennsylvania, which last hosted the tournament in 1962 when it was won by South Africa's Gary Player.
It promises to be an exciting week of competition in May and you can find out all you need to know about the PGA Championship below.

The PGA Championship is the second Major on the golf calendar, as it comes after the battle for the Green Jacket at The Masters and a month before the US Open. The Open Championship is then played on the opposite side of the Atlantic in July.
The 2026 tournament will take place over the conventional four-round format starting on Thursday, May 14th and finishing on Sunday, May 17th, which is the week after the PGA Tour takes in the Myrtle Beach Classic in South Carolina and the week before the CJ Cup is contested in Texas.
The 2026 PGA Championship will be played at Aronimink Golf Club in Newton Square, a suburb west of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
It will be the first time it has hosted a Major tournament since the 1962 PGA Championship, but it has staged the US Amateur Championship and also senior and women's Majors.
Having been the venue for two AT&T Nationals (2010 & 2011, won by Nick Watney and Justin Rose) and the 2018 BMW Championship (won by Keegan Bradley), it will be a course that is familiar to many of the players who will be duking it out to be PGA Champion in May.
The official prize fund for the 2026 PGA Championship has yet to be announced, but is expected to go up to $5m.
That is a significant increase on the $3.42m that Scheffler earned when he claimed his win at Quail Hollow last year, when the total prize fund was $19m, but the official figures are due to be announced closer to the tournament.
Television rights for the PGA Championship are jointly held by CBS and ESPN.
ESPN holds the privileges for early-round and weekend-morning coverage while CBS has the rights to the weekend-afternoon action.
CBS has been televising the tournament since 1991, when it took over from ABC.
The first PGA Championship in 1916 was won by England's Jim Barnes, but it has generally since been dominated by home players.
There has not been an overseas winner since Jason Day succeeded Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy in 2015, and in those years, Justin Thomas has won twice and Brooks Koepka has been successful on three occasions.
Phil Mickelson became the oldest winner of any Major when he triumphed at Kiawah Island in 2011 at the age of 50 years and 11 months.
Jack Nicklaus, the winner of a record 18 Majors, has five wins to his name to top the charts alongside Walter Hagen and the Golden Bear also leads the list in runner-up finishes, having come second four times.
Tiger Woods has won the tournament on four occasions, successfully defending his crown in 2000 and 2007, while Koepka was the last champion who managed to take the Wanamaker Trophy back home with him when he came out on top in 2019.
