A list of all the key records from one of the most important golf tournaments each year, the PGA Championship.
Several records were broken in the 2024 edition of the tournament, won by American Xander Schauffele at an incredible 21-under par.

Two players broke the single-round scoring record at the 2024 PGA Championship, as both Xander Schauffele and Shane Lowry carded a 62 in the first and third round, respectively.
Prior to 2024, 17 players held the single-round record of 63.
Brooks Koepka set the PGA Championship's 36-hole record in 2019 with a first-round 63 and second-round 65 for a 128 score through the first two rounds. The 2019 PGA Championship was held at Bethpage Black.
The lowest score through the first three rounds in PGA Championship history is 196, shot by David Toms in 2001 at Atlanta Athletic Club's Highlands Course.
Through the final three rounds, the record of 195 is held by Brooks Koepka, who shot it at Bellerive Country Club at the 2018 PGA Championship.
Xander Schauffele holds the lowest 72-hole score at a PGA Championship with a 263 (-21) at Valhalla Golf Club in 2024.
There have been 49 holes-in-one hit at PGA Championship tournaments. Most recently, Sebastian Soderberg hit an ace on the par-3 8th at Valhalla Golf Club in 2024.
In 2023, Michael Block famously hit one on hole No. 15 in in the final round of the tournament at Oak Hill.
The first hole-in-one at a PGA Championship tournament was hit by Dick Hart in 1963 at Dallas Athletic Club. He had been an assistant pro at Hinsdale Golf Club in Illinois at the time.
Walter Hagen and Jack Nicklaus share the record for most PGA Championship wins with five each. Hagen won in 1921, 1924, 1925, 1926 and 1927. Nicklaus won in 1963, 1971, 1973, 1975 and 1980.
The active players with the most PGA Championship wins is Tiger Woods with four - in 1999, 2000, 2006 and 2007 - followed by Brooks Koepa with three that were won in 2018, 2019 and 2023.
Jack Nicklaus has the most top-five finishes in PGA Championship history with 14.
Tom Watson and Phil Mickelson share the record for the most top 10 finishes in PGA Championship history with 10 apiece, although that still trails Jack Nicklaus' 14 top-five finishes.
Gene Sarazen became the youngest-ever winner of the PGA Championship at 20 years and 174 days old. The record still stands today.
Phil Mickelson holds the record as the oldest PGA Championship winner, winning it at 50 years and 11 months old in 2021.
